Headhunting firm Neon River has released a salary survey about compensation for technology and product management leaders in Europe. The salary survey shows that the average salary for Heads of Technology (regardless of location) was ÂŁ129,794.60, whilst the average salary for Heads of Product Management (regardless of location) was ÂŁ123,054.
The survey collected information from over 250 candidates in total, and showed that having an MBAs only had a very small positive effect on the compensation of technology leaders.
