Leading global headhunting firm Heidrick and Struggles has announced three new Partner level hires in Europe. Kit Bingham joins as a Partner to lead Heidrick’s board practice in the UK. Most recently Kit was with Odgers Berndtson, where he was a Partner and Head of their Chair and Non-Executive Director practice. Kit spent his early career in journalism and PR, working as a journalist for Financial News before joining the PR agency The Communication Group as Divisional Director for their financial practice.
Silke Eisenreich joins Heidrick’s Frankurt office as a Partner in their financial services practice. Most recently Silke was a Senior Client Partner with fellow SHREK firm Korn Ferry. She spent her early career at Egon Zehnder, impressively progressing from Head of Research all the way up to Partner.
Pedro Lerma joins Heidrick and Struggles Barcelona office as a Partner. Pedro was most recently a Director with Russell Reynolds Associates. He will be working within Heidrick’s private equity practice.
