Egon Zehnder opens a new office in Dublin

Egon Zehnder opens a new office in Dublin, Ireland. The Dublin office is the company’s 63rd office in the global and the first site in Ireland. The company now has offices in 36 countries.

Egon Zehnder CEO Ed Camara said “While we’ve served clients in Ireland for more than 20 years, this deepening of our commitment strengthens our presence in Ireland, so we can advise more organizations through their executive search and leadership advisory needs. The business community in Dublin is energetic and innovative—a perfect fit for our culture and offerings.” The office is led by Andrew Roscoe and senior advisor Karl Croke.

Roscoe has been working for the firm for almost a quarter century, and experienced multiple leadership roles. He is currently a partner and a board member. Initially specializing in the energy and industrial sectors, he now focuses primarily on CEO practices and private-equity’s portfolio leadership advisory.

Croke has worked with leaders and executives across a wide range of organizations for more than 30 years and joined Egon Zehnder this September as Senior Advisor. Karl also serves as CEO of Board Works, a management team recruitment and advisory firm based in Dublin.
