Russell Reynolds Associates, a global advisory and executive search firm headquartered in New York, has finalized the acquisition of Nvolv, a leadership consulting firm located in Rochester, New York.
As part of the deal, Bob Marcus, the founder and CEO of Nvolv, will join Russell Reynolds Associates’ New York office in the role of managing director. With over 30 years of experience, Marcus specializes in advising first-time CEOs and guiding leaders in pursuing significant transformation goals. The acquisition also involves the integration of Nvolv’s team of consultants and operational staff into Russell Reynolds Associates.
Established in 2017 by Bob Marcus, Nvolv has facilitated the development and transformation of individual leaders, their teams, and their organizations. Nvolv complements Russell Reynolds Associates’ leadership advisory offerings.
