This development involves the appointment of Alberto Herrero as Managing Partner. Operating from its base in Madrid, Herrero will take the responsibilities of overseeing operations across Spain and adjacent regions. He will report to Kelli Vukelic, N2Growth’s Chief Executive Officer. Notably, Herrero and his team are joining N2Growth through the acquisition of Blacksmith, a distinguished executive search enterprise located in Spain.

Prior to joining N2Growth, Herrero spent 23 years at Blacksmith, a Spanish executive search boutique firm renowned for its specialism in the financial industry and professional services. During his time there, Herrero displayed his expertise by catering to major Spanish clients, effectively addressing their needs pertaining to C-Suite and Board affairs. Alberto started his career at Deutsche Bank and Banco Popular, and has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Salamanca.
