Michael Page Group, a recruitment firm, recently signed a 10-year lease for 7,400 sq ft of space at Two Hardman Street in Spinningfields, Manchester, owned by Hansainvest. The new location is just a short three-minute walk from its previous Manchester office. They move since its 10-year lease contract on 10,000 sq ft at Three Hardman Square has come to an end.
The recruitment firm was established in 1976, and specializes in various industries such as digital, IT, construction, and legal. The British-based firm is headquartered in Surrey, UK and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index. Michael Page is one of the operational brands of PageGroup. The Group now has over 8,500 employees in 37 countries and reported a revenue of 2.05bn and a net income of 100.65m.
Michael Page received advice from Vail Williams, while JLL represented Hansainvest in the deal. Additionally, JLL recently oversaw the project management of the office building’s refurbishment, which now includes amenities such as a coffee bar, lounge, and yoga spaces. Michael Page’s relocation to Hardman Street is the second largest letting happened in Manchester so far this year.
