Headhunting firm Neon River has released a salary survey about compensation for technology and product management leaders in Europe. The salary survey shows that the average salary for Heads of Technology (regardless of location) was £129,794.60, whilst the average salary for Heads of Product Management (regardless of location) was £123,054.
The survey collected information from over 250 candidates in total, and showed that having an MBAs only had a very small positive effect on the compensation of technology leaders.
