Matthew Espe has joined the board of directors at Korn Ferry, a global organizational consulting firm. Espe is based in Philadelphia.

Espe is a very experienced board of director, with a track record spanning over four decades in various sectors, including manufacturing, infrastructure, business services, and private equity. Currently, he holds the position of operating partner at Advent International, a private equity firm. Furthermore, he sits on the boards of Wesco Distribution and Anywhere Real Estate, and he is an advisory board member for Centri Business Consulting.
Espe previously served as CEO for several companies, including Armstrong World Industries, a $2.9B global building products company; Ricoh Americas Corporation, an office equipment provider; and IKON Office Solutions, a document management services provider. In the earlier stages of his career, Espe spent 23 years at GE, ultimately ascending to the role of president and CEO of GE Lighting. He holds an MBA from Whittier College and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Idaho.
